Most of my time right now goes into helping hockey players get better. Through HockeyTraining.com, I offer training videos and programs that players can do at home or at the gym. I wish I’d had better resources and guidance when I was training as a kid, so I created what I needed—a system that gives players real coaching, accountability, and results through our Hockey Domination™ platform.
I also started something I’m incredibly proud of: Ice Puffins, a non-profit girls’ hockey program here in London, Ontario. Getting more girls on the ice and building a positive hockey culture for them has been one of the most rewarding things I’ve done.
When I’m not buried in hockey, I’m working on PlayBoost—a company built around helping young kids develop athleticism and a genuine love for movement through play-based games. Physical literacy is just as important as reading or math, and studies show that kids who are more athletic stay active and healthier later in life. PlayBoost is about fun, engaging movement that builds real skills and athleticism without the pressure or burnout that comes with early specialization.
Before I go, the most important thing in my life isn’t any of this work stuff; it’s my family. But I’ll keep that part private.
If you want to connect or chat about hockey training, youth sports, or anything else, my socials are at the bottom of this page.
